Dagesh Group puts EUR 30 million in office building

Israeli company Dagesh Group will invest EUR 30 million to develop an office building with a surface of 12,000 square meters, in Piata Unirii area in Bucharest. The office building named Platinum Center will have 12 levels and four underground levels and 130 parking spaces, said the company’s administrator Dagesh Group, Cristian Tiderle. The works for the project have already started and will be completed by 2008. The company also built in Bucharest an office building in Primaverii area, following an investment of EUR 700,000 and the building is totally rented. The Israeli company will allocate EUR 20 million to develop residential projects and another office building in the capital.
